In the last 2 decades, we have come a long, long way. What started out as a Belgian IT company in 2000 has grown into a multi-national today empowering organisations across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.
We have learnt and evolved along this journey. In our first 15 years, we focused on implementing ERP and business intelligence systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, and IBM Cognos for blue-chip organisations like Baxter Healthcare and Johnson & Johnson. Deep experience and interactions with clients taught us that traditional ERP systems fall short of expectations - they are inefficient, harder to customise and present a high cost of ownership.
Going by true Numla values, in addition to ERP we created a solution when we see a problem. We created a proprietary cloud HRMS that would be flexible, adaptable, and enable human resources like never before. We moved our head office to Ireland in the year 2017, thus marking the beginning of a new era. Today, large enterprises and public listed companies depend on us for their day-to-day operations and we are committed to serving them with quality and excellence.
